Very comfortable and well-appointed cottage, the first two rooms each have a queen bed. The third has two single beds. Two full bathrooms, one en suite. Full den and kitchen. Bay windows allow a fantastic view of Lake Charlevoix, all seasons. Back patio with gas grill. Parking in drive for three cars. Perfect place to book for your winter ski vacation! This cottage home is in an excellent location, just blocks from downtown Boyne City and across the street from Lake Charlevoix. It is VERY clean and has a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We stayed here to ski at Boyne and it's very convenient to Boyne Mountain and about 1/2 hr to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Owner was prompt responding to questions. We did not use front porch, but it looks like a great place to sit in the summer. I absolutely recommend this rental.

This was a very cute rental with just a short walk to town. It was clean and well maintained and matched the description. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The manager was very responsive and professional. I can imagine the porch would be very enjoyable in the summer especially overlooking the marina and Lake Charlevoix.
