This comfortable condo is a walk-out level property directly on Lake Charlevoix with plenty of green space and sandy beach to enjoy. No stairs, it is a comfortable, cozy and clean property with two bedrooms sleeping 6, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, wet bar and a dedicated work space. Lake side deck with seating and a gas grill.
The Harborage is located directly on Lake Charlevoix. A large open concept living/dining/kitchen space, this condo is all about spending time with family. A large kitchen in the middle of it all, it is fully stocked with all you’ll need to make a big meal. This condo has two bedrooms; master has a king bed and a full, en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the den. Enjoy a lovely sunset from all common areas in the condo.
The property has lots of private, sandy beach, beautiful green space, tennis courts and a 9-hole putting green. It is right next door to a marina and just a few blocks from downtown Boyne City and all the restaurants, parks and shops to enjoy! Short drive to Petosky, Charlevoix, East Jordan and Boyne Mountain.

Vacation at Harborage 33 was very relaxing. The lake was right outside our back door. Property could use some updating with the bathroom showers
We were very pleased with the accommodation and the location was fantastic and very easy access to Boyne Mountain and downtown. The property was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed! Thank you!
