Mountain Villa Condo C394

The condo was very clean. Location is great. We did find the water pressure in the shower low - as was noted in a prior review. This needs to be addressed. Only two kitchen trash bags were supplied and we had to contact the manager for dishwasher soap/pods. Not a big deal but can be something to make sure the next renters don’t have to deal with. Otherwise very nice and I would stay there again.

Overall it was a great stay. Location was perfect and parking was easy. The condo was very clean. We had 3 couples and that’s about all you’d want. Would be extremely tight if more than 6 people staying. Only complaint is the shower. Had plenty of hot water just absolutely no pressure. Other than that, I do recommend this condo.

The property was in a pretty area with a pool and a short walk to Boyne Mountain resort. However, the bedding for the pull out was infested with insects—dead when we found them—so, they had to have been there a while.....

Great location, but needs updates!
Had to move table to play games in order to see. Plugging in phones to charge at night was not convenient if want access to phone.
While great location- very expensive for condition of unit, would not stay again at price we paid!

We had a great time. Unit was just as described. Clean and well maintained. Great communication with owner. We had a blast doing the zip line and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend to a friend and can't wait to visit again!!

We have stayed at the boyne mountain resort many times and normally stay in the disciples ridge condos. This rental property is definitely not on par with them. I will try to enumerate the main differences.

While the location of this unit was adequate...not slopeside, but a short walk away. Unfortunately the location may be the best feature. Probably the second best thing was the responsive management company, which we had the opportunity to call numerous times. They were available and did resolve the problems we encountered in a timely manner.

The bad was centered around the fact that this unit was old, dated and in relatively bad shape. The first night we baked and froze in the back bedroom and didn't know why. Turns out that the window was partly opened, and a pane of glass was broken. Initially I blamed the air infiltration on the broken window, and I didn't want it to fall apart. So we moved to the front bedroom which had a pocket door which promptly fell off its track. The blinds did nothing to stop the outdoor lighting from coming in, so I slept in a lighted room...which I hate. The mattresses were adequate to bad.

The wall heaters...yes I said wall heaters did nothing to regulate the temperature so 58 degrees setting may yield 80 degrees room temp. The dishwasher failed second they brought us a used unit after failing to fix the original one.

This was a ground floor unit so the floor was freezing. The couch was a torture device. While seated my butt was literally 14 inches off the floor, and my 56 year old body needed help in standing after working my quads on the hill. Totally uncomfortable. Benches for dining furniture and one bad armchair. There was hot water but the wall heaters don't heat the bathrooms so the tub was freezing on my feet. Same for the toilet...but not on my feet. The back toilet required near superhuman thumb strength to flush.

There over 20 hornets flying around when I got there and while I was there one or two would fly out. My grandchildren was terrified and I was too good thing I had brought some spray to kill them. I didn’t have a good time there I will not return also, I will tell everyone about this experience.

Very nice condo within the Boyne Mountain Resort. Short drive to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. A lot to do at the resort and nice restaurants.

This condo was perfect for our family and dog! It was clean, comfortable and close to all the sites we explored. We booked this through an Airbnb; I assume it’s managed through this company which made the communication for checkin/checkout easy. We visited in the summer so the outdoor pool was a nice addition. It’s not part of the Boyne Mountain resort, but is located next to it. We would definitely stay again. Ty!

Great proximity to the pool, water park, base of the main mountain and 5 minutes to downtown Boyne.

lots of room, clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The pool is a very short walk away. The staff was helpful and attentive even on a busy holiday weekend.

Absolutely loved the place, it was spacious, clean and perfectly located. We were able spend time on the Boyne property and also enjoy the Petosky area. I plan on renting this unit again and if you need a place to stay in Boyne, this is it!

I Would recommend this place and it is in a perfect location

This rental has an ideal location if introducing little ones to the sport of skiing. Everything you could want is a short walk. It is one building away from Boyneland and right next door to the Avalanche Bay water park. Even though it sleeps 8+ I would never recommend it for that many guests. The living/dining area does not accommodate that many people. The satellite for the TV in the one bedroom loss service frequently at night. That was annoying, But we weren't there for the TV. And as always, more dishtowels please! All in all, it was a great experience and we will be back!!

Everything promised was there and we were pleased with our stay of 3 days. The only disappointment was that there was no usable closet in one of the bedrooms. I understand that it was used for the washer/dryer, but something should be in the room for hanging clothes.

The location was good. Washer and dryer was a plus. The air conditioning unit was very loud and I didn’t sleep well because of it. The linens looked dated and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well and the tile floors looked old. Overall I liked the resort, but would stay elsewhere.

We have stayed here for 3 years now and will continue to come back every year. Property owners are fantastic and accommodating. Condo provides all the comforts of home. We highly recommend Timber North Vacations!

This rental has a great proximity to the slopes. Had everything we needed. Fit 2 families and was perfect.

Two Bedroom condo was perfect for our weekend. Convenient to all the amenities at Boyne Mountain.
