About
Mountain Villa is located right at the base of Boyne Mountain very close to the Boyneland lift and ski school, actually everything at the base. This condo is so comfortable with lots of seating for you and your guests. NEW! Washer/Dryer in condo.
There are three bedrooms and a loft as well as two full baths. The first bedroom has two queen beds, the second also has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, there is a loft with two queen beds. Every bedroom has a TV. The den has plenty of seating and there is a large kitchen table for dining or playing games. The kitchen was recently renovated and is fully stocked with all you’ll need to cook a meal for your group.
A short walk takes you to all the amenities that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer, including the waterpark, restaurants, and shops. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 7 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.

The condo was great for sleeping and location to the hill. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade, for the expense per night expected higher quality. All in all it was a great week

We rented this with two other families and found it to be a great condo. It was clean, the bedrooms were roomy, and it was close to ski in and out. The kitchen was a little small but it had all we needed. We also thought the seating in the living room was limited for the number of guests that could sleep there. Our kids were typically up in the loft so it wasn’t too much of a problem but something to consider if you have a lot of adults staying. Overall we thought this rental was great and we will probably book it again in the future.

Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews. first bad experience with a air bmb home. Not worth the money at all. Needs major updating.The hot water runs out quick after 3 people showering.There was glass in the garbage disposal with a bad smell. The carpet is old just wasn’t right the pics fooled us.

This was a beautiful condo, lots of space for several families. Walking distance to slopes and boyne mountain resort. Large dining table and living area were a plus for group meals and games.
Very nice. Clean, well stocked.
