This is a perfect peaceful vacation! Most windows look into the woods.....just what I need!

We enjoyed our stay in Boyne City very much!
We have stayed on this property for several winter seasons now and each year the property has been better than the last visit! This is the perfect size for us and also big enough to have the occasion guests stop by and enjoy a weekend in the Boyne City area. The property description is very accurate and always clean and well stocked to start our vacation experience. The property manager is always available via cellphone phone to address any questions that may come up.
Boyne City area has several nice restaurants which are only minutes from the property, plus there is ample opportunities to ski and enjoy winter in any of the three ski areas within a short drive of this location. We have recommended this property to our friends and family for their stays in the area.
This has been an outstanding experience and we look forward to our next stay in the Boyne City in 2024!

Super disipointed,when we walked into the house it was musty smelling,and as you walk into the master you can see why,it had water damage and it was moldy musty smelling,it's not unacceptable for a vacation rental to have this and even worse we went notified about this prior to arrival,also the shower had hard water stain again unacceptable for a high end rental,the manager said we could change to a differnt house,which we would of before if we knew about this issue,the floor was in bad shape it needs to be replaced as well

Our family of 7 used this property for 4 nights, 6 in beds and one on the couch. No complaints. Nice spacious lot for parking and storing the boat trailer....go on-line 6 months before arrival to reserve a slip at the marina. Kids enjoyed the walk to town (about a mile) every morning for coffee. More restaurants in Boyne City every year. Boat or drive to Charlevoix, 30 minute drive to Petoskey. Lavender farm enjoyable. No cable TV, use the existing smart TV codes or your own.

Perfect! The home was adorable and cozy. It looked and smelled clean upon our arrival. The master bedroom bed was super comfy. The home is on a quiet street with little traffic. The rental management company was easy to work with and accommodating.

We had a great time staying at this home. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, nice location, and a great place to stay for our long ski weekend.

Great location, close to the marina, quiet area. Would definitely stay again.
