Located in the Harborage Association, it is a condo complex with an expansive beach with all properties directly on Lake Charlevoix. This lower level condo has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two single beds and the third has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms, den with gorgeous views of the lake, full kitchen, dining table and washer/dryer. Outside patio with seating and grill. There are four tennis courts and a putting green, for your use. A great jumping off place to Petoskey, Charlevoix, East Jordan and all the surrounding resort areas.

We have been renting exclusively from Timber North for our Boyne vacations for years. The customer service is fantastic, the properties are always clean and well maintained. They have been helping us build vacation memories with our family for years.
This unit was in great shape, the proximity to the beach was fantastic. It was still close enough to walk to downtown for coffee or to Peninsula Beach to play.
