This 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath fully remodeled condo has steps that lead directly to lush green space and a large sandy beach on beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy stunning summer sunsets from either of the two decks.
This condo has many updates including new appliances in a cook's kitchen. The open-concept main level includes a large living room with lots of seating, a flat screen TV, a fireplace, remote control blinds and walk-out to a private deck. There is a separate dining area that also boasts views of the lake. A large kitchen is open to the main area and is fully stocked with all you’ll need to make a big meal. There is a laundry room with plenty of room for additional storage and a half bath. The master suite is also on the main level with a king bed, an en suite full bath and a walk out deck with chairs. The upper level of the condo has two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and one with a private walk-out deck overlooking the lake. There is also one full bath on this level. Additionally, there is a spacious loft that includes a sofa sleeper and a beautiful view of the lake.
The Harborage is located within walking distance to Boyne City and all the shops and restaurants that are offered. Also, on site are tennis courts and a 9-hole putting green. I love the beautiful, panoramic view of Lake Charlevoix, as well as the close proximity to Boyne City and Boyne Mountain. It’s an easy drive to Petoskey and Walloon Lake, too. The condo has plenty of room and kitchen is outfitted well. Timber North staff does a great job of managing the property.

The Harborage is a wonderful place on Lake Charlevoix. The view of the lake is spectacular, and downtown Boyne City is within walking distance. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

Great location, nice large size 3 bedroom condo, well-equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, and a fantastic view over Lake Charlevoix.
We've been using Timber North for multiple years, and every time we come back immediately ready to book again based on our experience. The Condo is clean, high-end appliances, and the furniture is so comfortable. The best part is the natural light and view of Lake Charlevoix. It is perfect for the most beautiful sunsets in the US!
