At the lakefront, bring your book and take over your dedicated lakefront which includes Adirondack chairs, a solo firepit, and a hammock. Dock with swimming/sunbathing platform plus a swim raft. Enjoy 156 feet of private lakefront at this property. Clear, sandy beach and shallow drop off at entry to water.
The inside of the home has floor to ceiling windows facing the lake flooding the living space with much natural light. Heated tile floors throughout. Large screen TV, board games and toys. In addition, there is an entry foyer, den and loft for added space. Expansive kitchen that is fully stocked with everything needed to dine and cook. Plus, all linens provided plus extras in closets.

My family of seven spent a wonderful week at Camp Spinnaker on Lake Charlevoix and we truly had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the beautiful surroundings and all the thoughtful touches the property had to offer. The location was ideal, peaceful and scenic, yet perfectly situated for easy day trips to Charlevoix, Petoskey, Boyne Mountain, and even Mackinac Island.
The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and there were so many thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. We were especially delighted to find roasting sticks for making s'mores, which quickly became a nightly ritual around the fire pit.
The views of the lake were absolutely stunning. We spent countless hours outside enjoying the calm, clear water from the dock. While the water was a bit chilly, it was still so refreshing and inviting, we took full advantage of every sunny moment. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire or lounged in the spacious and cozy living room, playing games and watching movies well into the night.
Throughout our stay, Timber North Vacation Management was incredibly responsive. They answered our questions promptly both before and during our visit, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Camp Spinnaker on Lake Charlevoix was everything we hoped it would be and more, a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
Finally found a house that is on the water and able to see it from the house. Last couple of places we stayed at were on the water and showed the view but ended up being quite a walk down and not able to see it from the house.
This one had very nice updates, beautiful deck with a nice view of the lake and sandy beach. It’s at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very quiet and private. Very pleased with our stay
