Absolutely fantastic. Plenty of room and right on the Slopes. Nancy is great to work with. Couldnt be happier.

This is a great family place. You can watch the kids ski on the family slope right out your front window. Great for lunch or hot chocolate breaks

This Disciples Ridge Condo was great for our family (6 adults and 6 grandkids). True ski in-ski out location....which made it super easy to come in for lunch and dinner.

awesome place awesome stay. only one small item was we found a broken closet door upon arrival in the downstairs bunk room. other than that everything was spot on.

We had a great time over the New Year partying and skiing. The accommodations were perfect for our group - 7 adults and 9 kids ages 7-14. The access to the slope is perfect as well with ski in/ out. The owner was very accommodating by allowing us to use our booked time from last year that we could not make because of Covid-19 issues. Thank you very much and have a very Happy New Year.

Great few day in a perfect villa! Even watching the groomers working at night was enjoyable. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely place to stay. There were 15 of us and still had plenty of room all over to gather around. Each person raved about the condo and couldn’t believe how perfect it was for our women’s weekend. Only downfall was the sleeper sofa, which was in horrible condition and no one could sleep on it. Also the stoves need a good cleaning (burning smell) each time we cooked. Did our best with it though. Other than those two things that appear to be easy fixes, the place was GREAT!!!

Excellent house, location and experience. I highly recommend Matt’s place to everyone and anyone. The house is very well maintained, beautiful and clean. Location is amazing, walking distance to the water park and surrounding. Easy access to The beautiful Boyne city, petoskey, harbor spring, charlevoix and others. So much you can for family with kids and adults to hang out.
Also, Matt is great, very accommodating & very responsive to messages. This was my first time at this place and we are definitely going back again

The condo was large enough for four families with children. We could ski in and ski out without any issues. For those that did not ski, they could sit in the family room and watch others ski and snowboard. I was emailed all of the information a head of time for checking in and out and never had to reach out to the management company. Only thing I could complain about was that it had a hot tub listed for amenities, making we believe it was at the condo, which it was not. But there was more than enough things to keep us busy.

I would have given 5 star for satisfaction. first floor bath room door is making noise and shower head is not good.

Good space in the condo so you are not on not of everyone. Two nice outdoor spaces to sit. Way too many decorative pillows. Don’t understand why these places use them. They always look tired looking and end up on the floor anyway so just don’t use them. They space would look cleaner

This is our 4th year staying in 694 Disciples Ridge Condo and there's a reason we keep coming back! The location, layout and amenities always deliver. We usually cook a few meals at home and have always found everything we need in the kitchen. We always love our stay at Disciples Ridge!

Perfect condo for three families. The condo is in a wonderful location, we were even able to see the fireworks right from the windows. The decor was cozy, and the condo was clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The house was fine, but could use some upkeep. Toilet paper holders were pulling out of the wall, water was coming into a bedroom and the carpet was perpetually wet, the room smelled musty, one of the showers didn't work well. We sent an email about it and never heard back.

Excellent location for visits to Boyne, Charlevoix, Petoskey and Traverse City. The property was clean and fairly well maintained. The manager was prompt to respond to questions. We loved the Red Mesa and Stiggs and Kilwins in Boyne. We had another visit to the lovely Lavender farm nearby.

A great location for our family vacation! The condo, resort, amenities, and things to do in and around the resort were awesome! The shuttle was extremely helpful!

We enjoyed the location and the unit was as described. Three of the four bedrooms have two queens and the master a king. Four bathrooms and two kitchens worked really well for our group.

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and the hose was very responsive and fantastic! We loved having two living room areas. Nicely updated and it was great to look out and see people ski by. Will stay again for sure. Timber North is a fantastic host!!!!!!!

It was our first time renting at Boyne Mountain and I can't imagine a better place to stay! The condo was beautiful and well appointed and having 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens made everything easier! The location really doesn't get any better than this property; it is a true ski-in/ski-out and was so convenient for our group of four young families to come and go all day! You are literally perched on Boyneland run making for great views and easy access to the chairlift.

Wonderful rental. Easy short walk to the slopes. Lots of room for a Large family. Huge drop zone for all the ski equipment. Would absolutely rent again.

We have rented from Timber North for years and Nancy is always great to work with. We rented this house for a larger group (4 families) and it worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and entertain, and great location close to skiing and the main resort. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay in this cozy, convenient condo! We had everything we needed right from the start. The proximity to the hill is so convenient. It was the best weekend away!

It was a nice locstion and the place was nice only not the cleanest. 2 of the bathrooms needed the walls wiped down and the sinks were not the cleanest. They need to hire a new cleaning company as there were also lots of cobwebs along with stuff under the beds.

The place was very clean and perfect for group of friends to hangout.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. It was clean and comfortable for a large group. Easy walk to the slope and great ski gear storage in the basement. We had a blast and will be back.

This was a great location for our annual family ski trip. We utilized both units which was a great fit with the two kitchens. The units were clean and comfortable. I would suggest taking glass cleaner with you as there was none there, and the glass topped table was a challenge to keep clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

We came with a group of teenagers for my daughters 18th birthday! Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations. No one wanted to leave. Great place!

Manager communicated closely via downloadable app that streamlined all the information that you needed for a simplistic check-in/checkout experience. Property was very nice and well maintained. Will look to rent again next year..

The home was wonderful - clean and updated with plenty of kitchen supplies. It's a short walk across the street to the hill (very nearly ski in/out). The management company had an issue with the original unit we booked and were so quick to contact us with options and solutions. They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend booking here.
