As a travel therapist, I often spend a few months at one place. I was so happy with my stay at this Timber North condo! It had everything I needed and being at Boyne Mountain, it has so much after work/weekend things to do! I highly recommend booking a weekend, a week, or like me, a few months, with Timber North!

Enjoyed my stay here with my big whole family of almost 20. Spacious and clean and also quiet.

We had a great time staying in this condo. Kitchen space was nice to have on main floor and lower level.

A great locations with ski up in two sides of the disciples village. Plenty of room for our large group.

Our daughter and son-in-law were recently married at Boyne Mountain. This vacation rental was conveniently located in relation to all events we had planned and attended.

The space and location itself was great, couldn’t have asked for anything better. However, there were many things not functioning properly. - one of the burners of the stove was not working - both coffee pots were not working properly - all 3 barstools were extremely loose and felt as if they were going to break - basement toilet did not flush properly - main tv remote was broken - several light bulbs were out - they gave us dish soap but no brush/sponge to clean pans/pots so we had to go purchase one. Access was simple, instructions were nice and clear. Overall, good but just unfortunately a handful of issues.

We had a nice time with 6 adults and 7 children 10 and under. The unit had 2 gathering areas so the kids could have their own space

There was one thing the cleaning people missed and the management company was very prompt in fixing the situation.
I wish there were pillow cases for the extra pillows. The location was great, just as described and it had supplies. Communication was excellent!

It was great location and spacious areas for all people that stayed.

Our family of 11, children,grandchildren and partners had a wonderful time at condo 738 Disciples Ridge. The accommodation was spotless, getting there with the GPS information and other instructions very helpful.
The only item missing was the curtain control in the king bedroom. Thank you for answering all our concerns and would certainly recommend staying there to our friends. Thanks again, Cathy & George & family

We had four families and one single lady stay at the property. We all had our own bedrooms and having four bathrooms and four showers was wonderful. The three kids had plenty of space to play and we were close enough to spend a day at Lake zMichigan and a day on Mackinac Islsnd.

This rental was a great space for a large group. We had 15 family members and this weekend place was perfect for our family. The hosts were very responsive and the place had needed amenities. The description was of the rental was accurate. I would recommend Timber North Vacation Management to others. The property is withing walking distance to the center of Boyne central area. Right by the ski lifts, water park, zip lines, etc. Pool was within walking distance also.

Condo was clean and had most of what we needed. We had small children and it was great to be able to walk to the Boyne resort and not have to pack in a car. Also there was simple things to enjoy with the little ones as well as water park too. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed in the condo for a ski trip with two families. It had plenty of rooms. The set up of the condo is nice with a downstairs door directly to basement and upstairs door. It isn't to far from the ski hill. Would recommend it. Owners answered all questions quickly.

Our family loved the location and all the amenities Boyne offers! We found the cleanliness lacking on bed quilts, , areas under a couple of the beds has small items left from previous tenants(hair clips, a baby bottle with spoiled milk in it).
The propane ran out, there is a musty smell in the lower unit, short supply of bath towels, kitchen towels very sparse, flat ware sparse on butter knives, broken chair legs in lower unit and upon arrival found both outdoor spaces not swept. The couches in the upper level look like they need to be cleaned. Despite these short comings we had a wonderful time. Just thought I would share some thoughts regarding what future renters might not like.

The family and I really enjoyed our stay! We find the place very comfy and cozy! Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip up north.

The home was lovely and bedrooms in different places made it easy for the adults in the group to stay up late chatting and the kids to go to bed early. The area is lovely and there are small hiking trails out your backdoor. The Deer Lake beach is fantastic, with a restaurant and bar right there. A small note for others: the Boyne Mountain facilities (including pool) are not available for third party renters and cost a fee between $15-$20 per guest, per day for use. We would definitely return to this condo and enjoyed our stay!

Overall the condo was the perfect size and location for our large multi family. Rental group was repsonsive with any concerns. the property does need some maintenance updates and the kitchen was lacking proper cooking equipment. We had lightbulbs that were burned out in a bathroom and handle on outside of downstairs shower was broke. They did not have enough pots or large enough pots for a big family and even though two kitchens did not have the same amount of cookware in both.

Great stay and location! Neighbors on both sides had parties, but we couldn’t hear a thing. Plenty of room and we were very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great time. The only suggestions we have are the following. More washcloths, towels, more silverware for a place that sleeps 16, more would be helpful. Drain in master bath was very slow. TV's--two remotes had no batteries. The t.v's are all very different and hard to figure out. We never did get the master tv to work. I suggest instructions for each tv.

Great condo and location!

Disciples Ridge Condo 738 is a great unit! It is huge with 3 floors (lower level, main level, and upper loft) and can accommodate multiple families. There is even a deck with a grill. The unit is clean and includes all the basic kitchen supplies and utensils. We will definitely be back!

The location was great. We had 10 people and this was perfect for us. Deer lake was incredible. Would highly recommend this place.

We LOVED it here. This place was absolutely beautiful for our family and in the best spot to walk around the village. Very quiet. People are all super nice. Would defiantly stay here again!

Great location with lots of room for our group. For a condo this size you may want to add a few more plates and cups as well as add some better cooking supplies. Neither kitchen had dish cloths or a kitchen towel until we complained and what they brought us was like a rag. There were only 2 coffee cups and no spatula. The only fry pan they had was a 8” pan as the other one was ruined from stuff sticking to it. The kitchen floor in the lower unit had not been cleaned upon our arrival and many of the utensils were dirty. The patio furniture on the main floor had not been cleaned and although it would have been a great place to sit and eat, it was super uninviting. We did have an issue with a toilet overflowing in the lower level, but maintenance was quick to respond. After complaining about the patio, they returned later that day to clean it. Overall this is a great place to stay. Lots to do on the Boyne property. This unit just needs a good cleaning and restocking of supplies.

Besides being impeccably appointed, impeccably clean and centrally located to many of northern Michigan's attractions, it was enormous. I lost track of the number of rooms and beds. And yet the attention to the details in so large a condo was superb. Access was easy. No complaints in the slightest.

Great experience! Loved the condo and the location. Minor things to consider...lower unit lacked hand towels and washcloths. May want to add a wipe down of the outdoor furniture in the cleaning protocol.

This was a fantastic condo. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had a total of 10 people,3 couples and 4 children. The layout was perfect and the beds where very comfortable. It was a short walk to the ski hill so we could ski all day and take breaks for lunch. We even did a little night skiing after dinner. Thanks a million. Jim and Marykay Schumar.

Long weekend with kids and grandkids, we all had a great time. Condo was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals. Great location with lots of activities to choose from.

We had a great time at the condo! Plenty of room for 3 families. It was clean, walking distance to everything, lots of extra blankets for the bedding.

We started in the facility for Jul4th weekend and it has enough beds, bath rooms to accommodate four families. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the stay. I spoke to Nancy from the management company for couple of times and she very prompt in her response. Couple of suggestions or issues we faced not major ones
- Patio was not clean. We have to. Clean the table and chairs with paper towels.
- internet having issues and TV was not working. We want to enjoy time, one way it’s good.
- Parking was not clear, without lanes people were using additional space that could have helped to park other cars. Two spaces were allocated and it was used randomly.

Very clean! Host was very responsive and easy to work with!

SO outdated, not pans to cook, the loft is open. Floors dirty. And this is not even close to ski in or ski out. Literally like a 15 minute walk. Won't stay agan.

The condo was exactly as promised. We were very comfortable and able to accommodate another family. We cooked meals and had a large enough space to all hang out as a group. The owners were great on the front end with check in process and very responsive to any and all requests during our stay.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this unit and had a fantastic stay. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect!

Condo at Boyne Mountain resort is perfectly located in some of Northern Michigan best golf courses. Condo is clean and spacious, also has many options to choose size for groups large and small. Agent in charge worked with our group to find the correct size condo. We will be back!

Our overall experience was very good. They immediately fix a plumbing problem with the upstairs toilet and properly re-connected a smoke detector in the upstairs room

The entire family enjoyed our time at this condo! There was something fun for all age levels at the resort and at nearby towns. The condo accommodated three families comfortably. The management was pleasant to work with.

Large condo with easy ski slope access. The property is not necessarily ski-in/ski-out but the ski run is a short walk away. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient for my stay. Some more basic amenities such as a sponge or coffee filters and more kitchen tools would have been appreciated but we were able to make do with the limited supplies. I would return for my next trip to Boyne mtn!

The place was semi clean. There were bugs and only 1 tv had Netflix. Our last night we decided to use that room in the smelly basement area to watch tv as a family. My husband woke up the morning that we were leaving around 4:00 am with a bed bug biting him. We pulled the sheets back and saw several. The host Matt, still lies about it to this day and will not refund our money. Right is right and clearly this place does not value that. The weeds outside grew insane and trash was overflowing when we arrived. They’ve over for you to justify them if their property. How crazy is this. I’m on vacation not house sitting. There were stains on the rug in the middle layer of housing and the tables were sticky. The bathroom near the patio door was clogged before we got there. The ant traps in the kitchen did not help. They were all over the counters and small flies and insects were in the house. At least refund me my money for my things being damaged. Never visiting again and everyone knows if this.

As usual had a great time, repeat renter. Can sit back and enjoy the serene setting, play golf, entertain the kids or have a great meal (or do all four.

Property description was accurate as advertised. The walk to Boyneland run was short and easy to find. The steps, deck, sidewalks and roads were salted, shoveled and plowed quickly after the snowfall. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The linens were ample, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for a wide-ranging age group. When a couple of issues popped up, the management team was quick to respond and helpful. I would recommend this property!

We rented the Disciples Ridge condo for a fall getaway with family The place is clean, fully stocked with what we needed and in a beautiful setting at Boyne Mountain Resort.

Overall our experience with the place was good. The owner/management company were accommodating with our requests. Nice place for large families or multiple families on vacation.
